Fascinating discussion on women and work.

Women are about to take over economic power...

More women employed than men. More becoming Doctors and Lawyers, getting degrees. Women determining more of the spending in the household, tell husbands what kind of car, what kind of house we want.

The stereotype has been that women quit and have the babies, but it's women who are loyal and stay in their jobs. It's the men who quit and change jobs and demand more pay.

Lots to think about.

And will take on more without asking for more.

I can see it so clearly in my own situation.

She has definitely gotten more adamant in making her points though. Sometimes she looks positively exasperated.

But she already negotiated a better deal for herself at MSNBC after she found out how much worse she was getting paid.

12. So why does Mika put up with the way that Joe Scarborough

belittles her, makes fun of her, puts her down and treats her like a doormat. One of the reasons I can't stand that show is that Scarborough seems to be so anti-women.

Look. I've been married for many years. I'm not a manhater. But I sure can recognize a womanhater. And Joe Scarborough -- well -- it's my opinion, but I just think he has such a small ego that he has to enlarge it by putting down women especially Mika.

I wish Mika would revolt. It would just liberate the whole show.
