I applaud the President for his courage.
Agree or disagree with the way to OBL operation went down or how it has been handled since, the courage it took to authorize the operation should be applauded. There are serious long-term ramifications for him, and not all good, in terms of international relations, relations with the Muslim world, and potentially personally for he and his family. I would imagine the decision to go in was not an easy one and many factors had to be considered and weighed. I took someone sure of the rightness of the action regardless of the cost, ie a leader, to make the decision that was made.

6. I have no problem with how he was brought down, however, I also think saying the executive branch
was courageous is pure hype

The courage demonstrated was those who had to go in, the Seals

What the administration did was revamp the CIA, and change the direction on dealing with terrorism. The President deserves credit for that, especially for undoing the approach the bush administration used, and screwed up

As for your other points, you are right it was vengeance, and not justice in the "formal" sense, but it was both vengeance and justice to most of those who were victims of this piece of vermin

9. 3000 people were unarmed and sent to a firey death.
They were executed by 19 madmen and their operators, they never had a chance. Where was the justice in that?

Don't turn OBL into a martyr, he got what he deserved. Dead.

7. What you should be concerned about, imho, is not a President
who will enjoy lifetime security from the Secret Service, as will his family. You really should be concerned with U.S. soldiers stationed overseas, foreign service staff serving abroad and U.S. tourists travelling internationally, all of whom are now more subject than before to extra-judicial assassinations.

As ye sow, so also shall ye reap.
