A question about the ignore feature and My DU

This is only a minor thing, but I'm a very lazy person and try to reduce any uneccessary mouse clicks wherever possible. I use My DU to find out what posts of mine have been replied to, but the problem is that because someone I've put on ignore has taken to replying to every one of my posts in a particular forum, I click on the link to the reply and realise only then that it's someone I'm ignoring because there is no link to a reply on the next screen. Is it possible to do some jiggling to it so that replies from people on our ignore list aren't listed as replies on the list of posts or something like that? Overall there's more than a few disadvantages to using the ignore feature, so I'd wear this additional one on the chin if it's too hard to do....
