2. She is running for one thing
MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, and more MONEY! She can get her speaking fees up, feed her PAC, and then sit back and enjoy the riches she gained from her brain dead group of followers!

That is, she wants all the assets of the attention (media exposure) with none of the liabilities (accountability). That's why she stayed away form the debates and didn't revive her bus tour until after the debt ceiling crisis and Wisconsin elections.
