18. Yep, Tweety and the other pundits
are trying desperately to avoid next year's election being a snoozefest between the President and Mittens. They'll settle for primary drama, if that's all they can get.

25. And they also want to do a replay of...
Hillary against Obama. When Obama says something against either of them and it is the truth they will pick between the lines certain words or phrases and say he is against women or this is a black man attacking a white woman. I still can't see how some people fall for that shit. If you want to play the game take your damn licks.

The disrespect shown to President Obama is ridiculous, the Presidency will never be the same in my eyes because whomever is the President after him cannot ever go back to the way it was because a precedent has been set and many of us will let them know that what was good for the goose is good for th gander. After all of the disrespect shown to him I will attack them on every level I don't give a damn, they didn't and there are many in the Democratic party who no matter what he does, he will never be good enough on any issue.

They know what he is dealing with and what he was left with but they don't care they throw up just as much bullshit as the CONS and they started from day one yes,you can criticize and critique but some of this shit is ridiculous. When we were in better times they didn't say a damn thing many because they weren't catching hell.

To them I say joined the club I and many I know have been catching hell forever but,it was no problem so I have a hard time in some cases to have sympathy or empathy for a lot of these people. I hate to say this but as I watch the storms and disasters around the country and people crying I have to wonder are you or were you a TEABAGGER who hates government,if so DON'T ASK WHERE IS THE HELP! PULL YOURSELVES UP BY YOUR DAMN BOOTSTRAPS! Like me and others have been told for decades and when we tried to do all we could we were slapped in the face and called everything under the sun.

I know many who finally gave up and gave in because they weren't getting anywhere some became alcoholics, drug addicts, criminals because they gave up or just didn't give a damn anymore. HAPPY PEOPLE:ARE YOU SEEING THIS IN YOUR SURROUNDINGS NOW,KEEP ON WATCHING IT IS GOING TO GET WORSE...

8. You can argue anything. Tweety's not that bright.
He sometimes gets really excited when someone drives home a point that I assumed he would have known for years and the lights go off in his head. And then he just squeals with delight and says "You're a smart guy. You're a smart guy!" He's a bit thick is what he is.

11. The bar is set so very low for Republicans that all they have to do is look pretty
and pronounce a couple of words correctly, and they've won.

The fact that we are even debating about Michele Bachmann being a likely nominee is testament to this tragedy.

Democrats do it to ourselves, too! Liberals do it, too! We are our own worst enemy. We raise the bar so impossibly high for our leaders that when they cannot attain God-like status, we take our ball and go home...or, in this case, refuse to vote.

It is absolutely frustrating!!!

15. Um No
Biden beat that woman(I am trying not to use the B word here) In the debate. The public agreed with that.Even back In 2008 the
pundits(except those on Countdown) tried to claim she won.

Tweety tried to claim Bush beat Gore In all debates. The best Bush did In reality was during the second debate when after all the critism Gore tried to be nice and Bush tied him.Gore clearly beat Bush In the first and third debate just like In 2004 Kerry beat
Bush In all the debates.

I am so glad we got countdown on Current so we can have honest reporting and not this fawning over Palin or Bachman.

This latest from Tweety Is just pathetic. And consider some of the conservative media try to put him In same league as Keith!

20. It was hilarious watching the pundits after the debates in 2008
They'd start in immediately about how the GOP candidate - either McCain or Palin - did a really great job, and may have even won. Then they'd get the polls of debate watchers coming in and it was 60-40 Obama and Biden every time. They'd sit there slack-jawed, wondering how that could be. Oh, it be, media whores. It be.

39. Why do you hate Tweety? He's a pro-Obama Democrat...one of the few with guts to ...
call the tea partiers crazy nuts for being birthers. He has often been the only one on TV to speak out loudly and clearly when faced with nutsoid theories and wacko wingnuts.

He has almost singlehandedly ended the birther movement. The Obama topped it off. But Tweety went after Trump and other birthers in a strong way, and all but shouted them down. And yes, even used the word "crazy" to describe them.

Someone to hate? Hardly. He's the kind of Democrat we should be supporting.

Is he wrong about the debate? Absolutely. But that doesn't make him evil.
