I am not 100% behind every action Obama has or has not taken,
I am 100% behind Obama. No politician is the Messiah, no politician can please all the people all the time.

5. The Anybody-but-Bush argument speaks TERRIBLY
about Obama. As much as I cannot stand anything Bushian, please refrain from setting the bar so low. Set high expectations so that he may rise to them. Thanks.

6. I'm not. I was, but no longer.
He had a HUGE mandate and goodwill from the multitudes, here and around the world, he approached his job from a deliberate position of capitulation.

Are you for more war in ME countries?
More drug war?
No going after bushco?

those are 3 biggies for me and keeps me from being behind Obama.
Indeed, it makes me in front of the man. I hope he catches up.

9. K & R!!!!!
I'll be damned if I vote for ANY Republican.

President Obama has said we need to "Make him do what we want him to do."

We need to make ourselves heard by him ... BUT HOW?

16. Wow. That may as well be called "The Bully's Mantra."
You can only be respected if you are a jerk? That went out with the Marines and the greatest generation.

15. I agree. The word "disappointment" is starting to annoy me
To me now, it means that a person is like a spoiled child and expects too much and gets mad when their absurdly extravagant expectations are not met.

I see it in daily life all the time, now, too. How did we get so unable to deal with life and the fact that it isn't all good all the time?

19. If only things were that simple
If you're going to label people "liars" for not doing things as you would, or jumping to the same conclusions you want to jump to, you must find everyone to be a liar.

22. I was in 2008, donated $2000 to him, Knocked on doors, Made phone calls......
and voted for him.

I will vote for him in 2012 no doubt. But that is it.

I will donate the $2000 to local and senate candidates.

We started from the middle on too many things. We are still spending billions on the war and caved on taxes, etc.

I expected a fighter who would call out the GOP for what they are. Not a man who would praise Boehner and Colburn as great Americans.
