So her first "answer" at the debate has nothing to do with the question, and she uses her time to announce she's running for president.
Ummm... Okay... Given that you are standing at a podium at a debate among candidates for president, then was this announcement supposed to be a shocker?
In an answer to the "Don't Ask Don't Tell Repeal Repeal", she said something like "If I were President I would consult with the chiefs of staff and the joint chiefs about that issue blah blah"
isn't she the only chief of staff if she is President?
