I don't think Obama will abandon finally ending the Bush cuts. But the Obama's paid some serious coin. I would like to see them be as angry as I was about paying taxes when corps. and others do not.

from the Teabagger nuts.

Ryan has proposed a tax cut of an additional 10% to bring the rate from 35% on the wealthiest Americans to 25%.

Obama's plan is to return the tax rate to the 39% that it was under Clinton. This is yet another weak bargaining position. Does Obama never learn? Or is he doing this intentionally?

Obama's plan should be to increase the tax rate to 50% on the wealthiest Americans.

That way when we meet half way in the interest of bi-partisanshit and cooperation we will not end up with the same 35% we have now.

How about it, Obama? Do the right thing? Try it, it will be refreshing.
