Want to make Trump STFU? Its time to turn up the heat on NBC, his bosses. . .
The Apprentice
Miss USA
Miss Universe

Trump is their employee and now is the time to demand they pull The Apprentice, if FOX NEWS can dump Gingrich and Santorum, NBC needs to dump Trump.

He is using The Apprentice to promote his potential candidacy which could be an FEC violation.

1. I think he's using the Presidency and birthers to advertise his show.
Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 12:02 PM by woodsprite
I can't stand the guy. Anything to get him off the air, the better. I don't see how anyone could take him as a serious candidate.
Hubby said that we had an actor, then a clown, no reason to think an a$$hole couldn't win it.

2. A very good idea. In fact I'll stop watching the local NBC affiliate.
Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 12:04 PM by Democrats_win
I never watch NBC programming because it's terrible---but I did watch the local affiliate's news.

Just sent e-mail.

4. I just sent an email
to NBC and told them I'd delete the entire NBC family of channels off my tv is I saw them shoving the donald down my throat one more time. I explained that it would hurt me to do that because the only one I watch is Rachel Maddow for news but was sick of seeing that egomaniac spout his bullshit with no pushback from so-called journalists.

6. good ! I noticed he just talked over Meredith - guess he's used
to always having the floor with everyone he is ever around. On Celebrity Apprentice
he just swallows up the meeker speaking people.

12. I'm reading on another thread
Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 12:25 PM by leftynyc
that someone on CNN has finally called him on his birther bullshit and he wigged out saying he didn't believe any of it (that there are indeed people who remember his childhood, that the Gov of HI was a friend of his mother's, etc). I'm hoping somebody posts a clip of it and it goes viral.

Edited to add link to thread on CNN:

5. Man, just listened to his Today show interview, have you heard it?
Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 12:10 PM by Laura PourMeADrink
I used to half-way like his common sense approach to things like how we don't
make anything in America anymore and how the Chinese businesspeople are laughing
their asses of all the way to the bank

but jeez....the guy has taken a turn toward major crazy..

he said he's got people in Hawaii as we speak digging into the birth certificate thing. and he now
believe O wasn't born in the US.

I never kept up with the whole issue in depth. He says there's a huge difference between
a certificate of live birth and a birth certificate?

says if it ends up being true it will be the biggest political scam in our history.

I apologize for my ignorance, but did O's grandmother really say he was born in Kenya? that's
what trump claimed

7. He's working for Romney by sucking the "crazy base" away from Huckabee et al.

Huck would normally pick up the mouth breathers, but since Huck won't go full metal birther, Trump steals the nutjobs out from under him.

a debate between the two of them would be enormously entertaining. He's such an
egotist and badger-er.

18. Same ones that were behind Foghorn Fred Thompson?
Remember how even here many got there undies in a bunch about that big nothing?

"Watch out for Thompson!!", they hyperventilated.

See a lot of the same nonsenese about Trump now.

Trump has NO CHANCE of ever getting elected dogcatcher, let alone high office.

This is all a publicity scam for the gullible droolers who adore TV personalities to piss themselves over.

15. There's no such thing as bad publicity, as far as Trump is concerned.
He's not running for President. He wouldn't want to take a pay cut, or have to work with Congress. He can't just fire them!

This is all about attention, something The Donald lives for.

17. So KO was suspended for giving a political donation, yet...
...the Donald is allowed to launch an entire political campaign while an employee of NBC/MSNBC?

That hardly seems fair. :sarcasm:
