Not NJ that's for sure because the legislature and state senate is controlled by the democrats.You can bet if the rethugs had control fat boy Christy would be following even though he said unions have the right to collective bargaining.But he's LIED!! before http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/02/ohio-union-bill-aimed-at-_n_830565.html
