Any employer hiring someone who was unemployed for over 60 days doesn't need to pay the payroll tax for 2010.

as soon as they train the cheap new ones, for that exact reason.


he's not creating jobs. he's flipping employees.

2. Well that totally sucks.
It is bad karma for him to use what was meant to help people in such a way. Shame on him.
