Thank you to Patriot Daily News Clearinghouse, Sophie de Vries, Meteor Blades, Laurence Lewis, and rb137 for organizing this GOTV Blogathon effort! You’ve heard from many of my Colleagues in the House – from Chairman Frank to Congressman Grayson – on what’s at stake, so I’ll be brief. Democrats are fighting for the middle class; Republicans are beholden to the special interests.

Tomorrow’s election is a choice: moving America forward or going back to the exact same agenda of the Bush Administration. We've made - bringing our men and women home from Iraq, passing historic health care reform–with a Patient’s Bill of Rights, reigning in Wall Street, reforming credit card companies and beginning to turn this economy around. And there is much more to do.

Republicans and their special interests friends don’t like what we’ve accomplished. They’ve responded by pouring millions of dollars of secret money into campaigns to drown out the voices of the American people. But we can win – as Congressman Weiner blogged last week, "Ignore the bleak predictions. Ignore the hype." You just need to vote and encourage your friends and family to vote.
