Something interesting I just picked up

I was just on Rasmussen reports a few minutes ago and was looking at their daily presidential tracking poll and saw that Obama's approval numbers had taken a big hit in the past 24 hours.

Then I went on gallup and saw the same thing.

Now I do not know what happened in the last two days that caused this sudden shift but it was very interesting to see that effect both on Gallup and Rasmussen for a one day period.

For the past two weeks there have been these big swings in the polls and both firms have showed that to some extent.
