So, will they release the text of O's speech tonight before he gives it?

That happens rather frequently. I'm dying to know if he'll have the balls enough to include some mention of putting a price tag on carbon emissions.

1. Well, it wasn't totally written yesterday.
Per Sam Stein at Huff Post:

As of Monday evening the speech had not been written. It will obviously include input from Obama himself, who has been taking in on-the-ground information from his time in the Gulf as well as technical input from members of his administration and industry officials. There are press officials with him on the trip.
