The President just called a Rain Delay
RAIN DELAY: President Obama briefly took the microphone at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery -- just long enough to tell the crowd to take cover due to a torrential downpour.

"We are a little bit concerned about lightning. This may not be safe. I know that all of you are here to commemorate the fallen," Obama said, according to the pool. "What we'd like to do is if possible have people move back to their cars and if this passes in the next 15-20 minutes I'll stick around."

He added: "A little bit of rain doesn't hurt anybody but we don't want anybody struck by lightning." (1:11 p.m.)

2. No doubt Rush Limbaugh
or one of his ilk will ascribe an ulterior motive to this.

3. It's apparently been canceled. C-Span said it has been "rained out."
