Please call your Senators and Congressman to support HR 3149

This bill will make it against federal law for prospective employers to run credit check on job applicants. Many good people who have fallen on tough times have been unable to get jobs because their credit has gone bad in recent years. How can someone fix their credit if they can not get a job?

This bill needs a Senate sponsor.

This practice is assuring the creation of a permanent underclass.
