Brian Beutler reports: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters this afternoon that bipartisan negotiations on financial reform have resumed. He credited his letter, signed by all 41 Republican senators, vowing not to support the current bill written by Sen. Chris Dodd.
