5. Although in my opinion we're probably working our way to the next big bubble of some kind.

We simply have not dealth with the fundamental problems of socializing risk (the only way we've been socialist) and privatizing profits.

We are simply getting to the point where if some real wealth (not inflated house prices) doesn't get into the hands of regular folks then we are still on an unsustainable path.
