Obviously the answer is NO...so many sheep so little feed..:crazy: another bright shiny object strikes again and the people look and cannnot seem to turn away...

3. No. First of all, it came from his Administration which means

someone on his staff. However, if it is not rescinded then it is probably safe to say that he supports it. Regardless, it was NOT an "assassination order" but a "capture or kill" order. A HUGE difference. "Capture or kill" is no different from "wanted: dead or alive" or authorizing deadly force in the apprehension of a criminal. Further, although he was born in the US and "technically" a citizen, tere have been more than 2 witnesses linking him to previous attacks on the US and to a group who is dedicated to further attacks, which makes him at the very least a traitor. In which case I think the authorization of deadly force if needed during apprehension attempts is entirely justified.

12. NO! It's clearly a Capture-or-Kill list. Upon capture they face trial, death is of a last resort.

That is not a targeted assassination unlike so many here would like to dispute.

17. semantics. "capture or kill" would be a

fancied up way of saying "assassinate". since it's understood that law enforcement sometimes have to use deadly force when apprehending a suspect, they don't need to be told it's ok to kill unless that's the intention.
