nuclear options, reconciliation, tie everything to defense bills, force real filibusters, use old laws still on the books, exploit loopholes, clandestine services, executive orders, use the DoJ and other executive arms, and/or whatever it takes as long as you can get a majority in both houses or use the over powered Presidency.

Democrats aren't ruthless and we need to be because if we jack around too much then when the chickens come home there won't even be a roost.
