Titus stays a yes

Democratic Rep. Dina Titus of Nevada announces that she'll stay a "yes" on the final bill, even after weeks of criticizing the Senate bill. It's another important get for House Speaker Pelosi because it is one less no-vote she will have to flip in order to pass the bill.

Titus is right on message in her announcement:

While the legislation the House will vote on this weekend is not perfect, it makes critical reforms that provide common sense rules of the road that will give families and small businesses more control over their health care – not government bureaucrats or insurance company CEOs.
