Happened to me when I refreshed a while back also, the slippage seems to be about 50 to 60K on refreshing, but the numbers still rise at the same rate. Mine seems to have had an adjustment and is now in line with the top number. I suspect periodic adjustments bring the real tally into focus and otherwise there is a formula running that estimates the rate of growth from a predetermined base line every X minutes, or something to that effect.
