How are the posts here different from the posts at the GLBT Group?
Is it their "fierce advocacy for LGBT people and their allies"?
Is this as fierce as we get?

1. Here, We Are Supposedly Spared the Homophobia of Our Straight "Allies"
Posters to this group are expected to support the notion of equality for all NOW, not after the next election, etc.

2. Thanks for the clarification
I was sort of counting on the "fierce" thing. I thought we would be able to come to this group's posts and talk about a "call to arms", debate agendas and keep one another informed about the the things that are going on in our states to advocate our equality. I've become weary of singing to the choir and since my marriage have become a much more in your face kind of "fierce".
Has anyone counted the number of different members that have posted here? It would be interesting, or maybe sad to see the numbers of "true" supportes we have here at DU.

4. there was a purge of our most activist GLBT members awhile
back. They weren't sufficiently worshipful of Obama and the DEM party. A few of us remaining are on thin ice as well..
