Report on Reyes computers implicates Chavez (and Correa) Spanish
http://eluniversal.com/2011/05/10/informe-sobre-los-computadores-de-reyes-sealan-a-chavez.shtml

the NY times article talks about Chavez already. here are some notes on Correa.

According to the IISS, the Reyes files and other sources "suggested that Correa personally accepted illegal funds from the FARC in his first campaign in 2006", and that "the political and financial backing played a part in Correa's election"

---------------------

Nevertheless, the IISS made clear that althgouh the FARC used Ecuadorian territory to export drugs and imports arms, they never enjoyed a comparable state backing in Ecuador as they had in Venezuela.

1. You're reading the same websites I look at
No doubt this would be the type of report that Correa would suppress if the referendum item regarding control of media content passes.
