understand how fake is the assertion that Chavez administration has dramatically increased the social expenditures/investment in the public health system. Another myth, this shows.

Btw, remembering Weisbrot's article, 12-fold increase of public doctors... with no additional money to pay them? Isn't that a bit illogical?
