Old picture of Biden

Came across this on a late night photography web site web cruise and thought you Bidenites might appreciate it:

Nothing big, but theres a nice little Biden story in there.

(The photographer Joe McNally is probably in the top 3 of photography lighting gurus in the world (if not nr. 1). A picture by him like this with no flashes in play is remarkable in itself :) )

Great photo. I remember using B&W Tri-x film and rarely ever used a flash - big, big fan of natural light.

3. QUITE a 'little' story!

'when I shot this, he was just returning to the Senate after a series of life threatening aneurysms and other medical complications nearly took his life'

and to demonstrate what a PERSON he is,

'I was supposed to be home that night, I mean pretty seriously home, but the lateness of his scheduling precluded that. I had to stick with him, and the story, and spend the night in DC. He called my house and got the voice answering machine and apologized on tape and said it was his fault and if anyone in the McNally household was ever in DC he would buy them lunch at the Senate cafeteria.'
