Who said it....about who????
"Oh no, it's nothing negative at all. He's got a lot of experience and just stating the fact there, that we've been hearing his speeches for all these years. So he's got a tremendous amount of experience and, you know, I'm the new energy, the new face, the new ideas and he's got the experience based on many many years in the Senate and voters are gonna have a choice there of what it is that they want in these next four years."

Nope...Not Barack Obama speaking about John McCain

Obviously the plan is to let America know that Joe Biden is Old and Stodgy and Sarah is New and Exciting

1. Do ya think she
said "experience" enough? She sure does tend to repeat herself a lot. That interview was funnier than Tina Fey.

2. You betcha! We're supposed to remember that Joe Biden has 'experience'
and that means he's 'old' and she will bring excitement to the White House, not like that 'experienced' Senator *yawn* who wants THAT in D.C. right now???

3. Yes - I heard somebody say - Can you imagine if she were the POTUS right now?
Not only would we be screwed, the global impact would be far worse than it has been.

(What interview are you guys referring to, by the way?)

4. This was her response to Katie C. when she asked Palin about the
'listening to Joe Biden when I was in the second grade' comment and how she is running with a man who is 72 years old.

5. Ah. Thanks.
Since I spent the day in bed, I feel like I've been away for a week and may have missed something.

6. "You know"
I think she should keep all that "excitement" in Alaska. They have like long, boring winters, YOU KNOW.

9. Probably not until after the election
Of course when McCain loses, they probably won't feel obligated to go through with it, as they won't have to impress anyone any more. Sarah's fifteen minutes are almost up!

P.S. I love the pic in your signature line, by the way.

10. I hope her 15 minutes are almost up. I am really tired of hearing about her.
Yeah, the Katie Couric interviews were really bad and that does not look good for her but I am in general tired of hearing about someone who has done so little yet is talked about all the time. She is a vacuous robot for McTroll as well. I can't wait until this election is over so we never ever (hopefully) hear from her again.

about Alaska recalling their governor in the near future though! Then she can melt away into obscurity.

11. I know high school kids who speak more coherently than she does.
Edited on Wed Oct-01-08 11:09 AM by CrispyQGirl
Listening to her is like listening to boosh. She talks & talks & talks & never says a thing.

What a vacuous dimwit.

on edit: I love your little cheerleader icon!

13. That is what the people who participated in past debates with her have said
that she speaks a whole lot but never says a thing - and the crowd eats it up! My God - I'd start beating my head on the table and shout ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION!!! But she's so damn 'folksy' and just like 'Joe Six-Pack' that the uninvolved or uneducated voters love her. Arrgghhhhh!

14. Isn't the expression "joe six-pack" about a blue collar worker that
likes to drink beer?

Is she telling America and the world that she is a beer drinker?
Or is she too stupid to come up with a better analogy?

15. It's her way of saying 'I'm just like you' and if someone just like me can be Vice-President of the
United States buy Golly I'm gonna vote for her

I don't know who it was on MSNBC but she said 'I know I don't want anyone 'just like me' to be VP - I couldn't do it!'

18. Thank you! She's a hoot. She said earlier that she could see the White House from her
home but that in no way made her qualified to be President or serve in the Congress.

Hell, with all she has said on TV I'd consider voting for her. :hi: Thanks for the info.

unless she's listened to tape in the last week :eyes:

21. But to her it sounded like...
'whamp wah wamp wahw hwa waha' (imagine a Charlie Brown and Peanuts television special with the teacher speaking here)
She wouldn't have understood a single work our man said. Except for maybe 'ladies and gentlemen' x(
