if you didn't have patience to watch the whole thing -it's on DailyKos AND you can vote about it :D

edit
P.S. - who's the kid staffer behind him who keeps cracking up? :D

edit again -

The comments mention that Biden voted for Mukasey's confirmation. I don't think I was on DU yet when that was happening, or not as much. Anybody have 2cents about that? Was Mukasey as good as we were going to get from BushCo? I don't know Mukasey's background either.

1. Too many voted for Mukasey --
And I bet they all (Biden included) regret that they did.

If I recall, if he wasn't appointed, Bush threatened to do ....something? Anybody recall the specifics?

It'll be interesting to go look up the clips of Biden questioning him. I watched it on CSpan - don't remember much about it, though.

WAIT --

This indicates Biden (and Clinton and Obama) DIDN'T VOTE on the confirmation.

A couple of people at Kos are dissing him (as you stated) - but I'm not sure if that's correct.

Is there another part of this vote, do you think?

3. I probably forgot to past the link again --
But that's okay, because this one answers my question:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2007/11/09/clinton-dodd-biden-oba_n_71903.html

What I'd initially (in my imagination) linked to was the Senate roll call vote. This article reflects what I saw on the Senate site.

I felt it was only kind of me to inform the Kos poster who said "Biden got the AG he confirmed".

4. ok, that makes more sense
I remember the outrage about Feinstein and Schumer voting for him - people mentioned them on DU this week and I'm sure they would have mentioned Biden in response to me given my sig line. Schumer is my senator so I noticed that one. The list is the more centrist Dems again.

Schumer and Feinstein were both angry w/ Mukasey, but they're the ones who got what they supported I guess.
