I am not sure how to bid on this one. I have no clue to it's value.

1. It appears to be 40s or 50s. It also appears to have no flippers.
If he wants the pinball as a decoration, it may be okay. Doesn't appear to be a fun game to play (said by a man who was a pinball addict back in the early 60s).

3. That's a 1938 pinball machine
They didn't have flippers until 1947. You apparently played pinball by moving the table. I don't have any idea of the value of it, but your very cool find would probably only interest someone who wants to collect a few really unique machines.
