Edited on Sun Dec-05-10 06:57 AM by malaise
on BBC International - gorgeous, informative, warm and fuzzy.

Here's a link - not sure you can see it in your area.

1. I've always liked John Lennon.
Ringo, on the other hand, still can't sing.

2. He provided soulfulness, not tunefulness. It was an important part of the mix. n/t

5. and, depending on the key, he can actually do it.
Ringo is my favorite, and I got to see him in concert several years ago. <3

6. You think he lacked tunefulness?
And you've heard songs like "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and "If I Fell" and "Imagine" and "Give Peace a Chance"?

Methinks you may have him confused with Toby Keith.

8. Not entirely untuneful, but compared to the other guys . . .
He was the number 4 singer in the band.

7. Hard To Believe Its 30 Years Ago On Wednesday
A day I will never forget...and still feel the hurt and pain and shock of that night. PBS has a great program on John as well...written by an acquaintance who spent the better part of 20 years doing research.

Have a great weekend...here...have some snow!!!

:hi:
