Poll question: Have Gas Prices Gone Up In Your Area Since The Election?
Edited on Tue Nov-16-10 02:47 PM by Dinger
Just curious, because they've gone up about $.20/gas here in the last 2 weeks.

Edited to add: I posted this poll in response to Catwoman's thread.

5. Last week I heard that the price of crude was at a 2-year high
so it's not surprising that gasoline prices would follow.

Nobody will be investigating Big Oil again for at least two years, so prices go up, up, up.

7. Fuel prices started rising BEFORE the elections. The elections had
nothing to do with it.

14. Yes. And on a side note: Our ARCO station (BP) changed brands
They always sold the cheapest gasoline in town, but that's history. Last week, in four days, they tore out everything; pumps, tanks, concrete, overhead, signs and rebuilt it as a Standard station. FOUR DAYS! The newly minted Standard station now sells the most expensive gasoline in town.
