Marist/McClatchy Poll (Mostly good news)
Edited on Thu Oct-28-10 02:16 PM by Kurt_and_Hunter
This link is more entertaining than most polling links. Big cool table.

The Marist headline is comically uninformative: "Turnout Key for Midterm Elections"

Highlights...

Dems by 6% among registered voters
Likely voters tied at 46%
Pugs by 6% among Most Likely to Vote

Land-line interviews tied
Dems lead almost 2 to 1 among cell-phone interviews

Amazing split on economic optimism:

Voters who say the economic worst is yet to come: D-32% R-56%
The worst is behind us voters: D-63% R-27%

7. It'll Be Interesting To See How These Likely Voter Screens Pan Out
Obviously there are some very, very big discrepancies in these screens.

3. They called me today!
Land line. I was a good Dem on everything, but I honestly couldn't answer the economic question.

5. I have no idea whether I figured into today's released numbers or not, of course.

10. That line is the only thing significant in that poll.
