I heard a major Republican pundit say on Meet the Press that the ONLY
way to solve our fiscal crisis is to not only let all of the Bush* tax cuts expire but to raise taxes as well, and to also cut the Defense Budget. This was David Brooks and no one countered what he said at all...Yet five dollars says he will vote Republican anyway knowing full well they plan to do the exact opposite..What kind of name is there for people like him. They know right from wrong and deliberately do wrong by their country anyway..

1. Simple question, simple answer
He's a republican! They have been voting against their own interests for years!

2. Yes, that is what said. Did you hear him at the end start to lower
expectations for Teabaggers. He said the American people
are not ready for the changes the Teabaggers are crying for.
He intimated there must be polls showing the people are no
where ready for Austerity.

Good Luck with your Teabaggers, GOP.

3. Yet some think we can raise taxes just on the wealthy and be fine.
The fact is everyone will need to pitch in because the amounts are too large to just raise taxes on the richest Americans.
