13. BTW, I was able to express me concern for those in the area. Since
I studied the area in the days preceding this storm, I was able to tell the tech support guy that I was familiar with the effected area as much as I could being from Texas. I told him that I hope his countrymen and women will all be safe from the storm and that perhaps the low mountain range on that side of Luzon would buffer some of the impact and hopefully there would not be mudslides or flooding. He thanked me for the well wishes and we concluded our business.
I gotta deal with this crap every. single. time. I need to call them and it pisses me off to NO END. Nothing personal against the people - they're usually very nice and want to be over here :S.
