You can catch what the prez says on the internet, afterwards. Probably do the same with Justice Breyer if there's anything he's saying worth recording. Now, the choice between the Phillies and the Skins is a tough one, and I'm not sure how experienced you are at these kinds of things, but here goes......

If you have a VCR, DVR, or a DVD player, you know what to do. However, if you do not, and it comes down to personal choice, I'd say watch the Phillies cuz there's a chance they won't be on again next week. The Skins have a lot of games to play yet and you'll have an opportunity to see them soon. In the off chance you might have Directtv, there's a good chance the Skins game will be rebroadcast in the next few weeks on ESPN, if you still want to watch it. Of course, you could watch the Phillies and follow the Skins game on the internet in real time, but you wouldn't get the thrill of visual stimulation...a real bummer for some of us!

So, see, there is a solution, albeit somewhat complicated. If you're still reading this, you're probably missing some good baseball, so pour a drink, roll a doob, or whatever it is you do, and enjoy!
