1. We are sexist pigs if we say corporate whore, and she is egalitarian
telling men to grow a pair.

2. I agree with you, it only cheapens them. When Sharron Angle told Harry Reid

to "man up" last night, I was embarrassed for her. And she didn't say it convincingly. She's an older women, and I bet it was comfortable for her as well.

I'm female, and I think this type of commentary is coarse.

3. The come back to angle when she told Reid to "man up" could
have been, "you first."

But that might have appeared sexist. :sarcasm:

Perhaps, we could instead, stop equating strength with "masculinity." Oh wait. No. We can't do that.

Nevermind. Ignore me. I'm just yapping and whining and clutching my pearls.

Paradigm changes are for other people; not us.

Kinda sucks when we become a victim of those very same paradigms, huh?

4. Any outrage from Republicans?
Had this been Hillary Clinton that said that to her opponent, they'd want her to drop out.

5. Teabaggarettes are the first to scream when someone picks on them
Sarah Did it and every other teabaggerette since has followed suit. Whitman demanded an apology for being picked on and called a political whore. High dudgeon that!

6. I agree. Imagine had Harry attacked her femininity.
If he had said any of the following:

"You really should learn how to act like a lady."
"That isn't very lady like of you."

Anything along those lines - Harry would have been nailed to a cross and vilified before the entire world.

On the other hand, Sharron can insult Harry Reid's masculinity, and the so-called "liberal" media is silent.

The real sad truth here is that by remaining silent it only encourages further gender baiting and sexism - from both sides.
