I went ahead and used a 20% discount to get a Pandigital Novel reader, INSTEAD of the IPAD.

Yes, I still need to get the SD card, for the PDFs, and right now it is charging and downloading my books... and I have yet to decide how exactly I am going to load Kindle.

But this is a nice unit, so far doing a good job.

Yes, read the reviews, and they are not the best... but USER reviews were actually good, which goes to show that computer geeks <------------- at me, can be at times too hard headed. No, it is NOT an IPAD. No I don't expect this to do all that the IPAD does. But geeze louis, I got this unit for oh 1\3 of the cheapest PAD out there. And I got a COLOR book reader now, with a larger screen. I also got the receipt and all that in case the unit does not do what I want it to do. Bed Bad and Beyond has a good return policy... and I did just buy something... helping the economy.

Cannot wait for it to populate the book list actually. Will be nice actually to be able to do this. Oh and it is responsive enough too.
