His basic belief is that Jon Stewart picks on him because he is a Hispanic with a personality. Hes not being a good Hispanic and keeping his mouth shut and just reading the teleprompter. That Jon Stewart is some latte liberal who really wants to keep the Hispanics and Blacks down to "2nd Tier" (All Sanchez words)
