1. Depending on the rating, we come in around twenty third or twenty fourth

If you have money you can afford to live in an area with good schools-if you don't have that luxury we throw the kids away

3. Difficult subject to search
Using your terminology in the UK would throw up Eton , Harrow , Winchester etc. i.e. the exact opposite of what you mean

5. and i dont know that i am willing to be number one to my kids. some of the reasons i see other
countries out perform, is not something i am willing to do with my children. or deprive some kids of opportunity to achieve a higher score.
