2. She's one of the richest people in the world

and if heating is that big a problem, then she needs to close off part of her damn palace in winter to save on bills, the way we ordinary people have to close off our bedrooms during the day to do so. Either that or she needs to decamp for smaller quarters and leave Buckingham Palace as a museum, belonging to all the British people, and open for tourists.

Stealing from the poor is beyond disgusting.
