So Sen. McCain, you can be too gay for the military, but not too old for the Senate?
What if we started policing the Senate for oldness and firing those WE deem too old to effectively serve?

Edit to add:

My late father was a US Navy Flag Officer and I heard lots of stories growing up. Many turned out to be very true. Many about John Sidney 111. Just sayin'. BTW John Sidney 111 was LOATHED by EVERYONE.

6. There really does become a point when one has to question the fitness of an
individual to serve in the senate. Hell, imagine him as president now. Palin would be filling in for him for decision making... what a loony ride that would be...

when you start to act like McCain you should have to take a competency test so you can stay in the senate or run for re-election no matter what your age.
