The right wing wackos hateful talk about Muslims gives someone like the crazy preacher the confidence to come out from under his rock to cause an international issue - and they should be tied to him - imho.

I just wonder how far they would go.

I know what those types are like. It is not pretty. It is disgusting.

Then again, I live in a state where citizens not only wrote two (2) folk songs that praised the 1996 Olympic Park Bomber, but also managed to sully the good name of a treasured Christmas character with the title of one of those songs AND helped hide that right wing nut job from the FBI. They even fed him and one preacher offered him "refuge" in a church.

Trust me. They already consider the asshole a hero and are probably already planning to follow his lead to do even more of that grandstanding obnoxious crap. They'll see he got attention and follow suit. They will relish the attention from causing an international incident in hopes of getting hate groups from all over the world involved in American politics.

Ever notice how right wing nuts go nuttier than normal during a Democratic president's administration? Remember the 90s? The same kind of crap went on then. It's disgusting.

And, I'm so grateful that the New York Imam is NOT giving in to this whackadoodle. As far as I'm concerned, for every one of these nutburgers that raises a fuss, they ought to add 3 stories to the blueprints of their community center.

It's a real shame that a fringe nutcase can get so much attention and publicity. It only encourages them.

I hope that someone out there is going to do something about this man. A really, really good audit of this Dove center's taxes and finances would be in order first and foremost, IMO.
