The Senate returns to work in a week. The President will re-nominate many by-passed appointments, Hearings will start about the 15th of September.

4. Thanks! I'd heard some rumblings about her possibly being appointed during

the recess, so that's what got me looking at my watch and tapping my foot. I'm SO looking forward to this! And SO hoping she is the one!
