What are the five things that you can do next to accomplish your political goals?
And let's say, these are things that you can write on a list and within a month be able to check off as having been done.

1. Nice!
1-"Roll back the cuts on SS" bumper stickers for friends and family.

2-Find a day when the conference room at the Public Library isn't being used and hang up my "Willing to talk about Politics" sign, make sure to bring facts(and copies!)

3-Donate to those FEW candidates that I believe in, fewer now then 2 years ago!

4-Letter writing campaign!!!

5-Continue to stop in here when I need to blow some steam off!

:woohoo:

2. 1. Continue to work on campaigns
I am very busy starting school but I try to give one or two nights a week to candidates.

2. Volunteer at my county party office to help with phone banking. I am hoping to squeeze in a weekend afternoon or maybe an evening or two.

3. DFA - I am a local steering committee member. Our next meeting is Wed. We are featuring a group of local candidates as speakers and will provide beer and pizza for our members who help stuff envelopes and address post cards or whatever other jobs the candidates bring for us to work on. I don't really have to do anything other than show up at the meeting. It's already been organized and planned.

4. I am helping to coordinate two campaigns for my union. I have to compose an email and send it out to 400 people.

5. Go to the state fair and work in the party's booth for a couple hours.

What are your 5 things?
