New right-wing anti-Obama talking point:"He's cutting hazard pay"

The hazard pay for troops left in Iraq. A friend of mine who watches Fox heard this.

The truth is the Pentagon began cutting hazard pay for Iraq troops back in 2003 at the beginning of war practically.

I have been unable to find anything saying hazard pay is being cut now.
