So Angle sez she is going to prevent Reid from raiding the same SS "trust fund" that she wants to
do away with???? Just saw an ad with her saying she's going to protect SS. Aside from being a total flipflop and lie, it speaks volumes to her ignorance. SS is not a "trust fund" it is an insurance program for which premiums are collected as a tax. Unfortunately it has been treated as a discretionary funds over the years.

I hope I see some pushback on this and quickly.

Also, is there a group of sane women leaders (preferably including political figures) who will step up and make public statements/ads pushing back against these batshit crazy "Mama Grizzlies" that Palin seems to think represents all women. Really. These women represent only the ignorant and greedy on our side of the gender line. They would lie and steal their way in to power and then continue to lie and steal while in power. They certainly are clueless as to what women in traditional and nontraditional roles do in this nation. Sociopaths to a one.

1. She's completely crazy. On Aug. 13, she was all for 'privatizing' Social Security.

Republican U.S. Senate hopeful Sharron Angle says the nation's Social Security system needs to be privatized, and she says it was done before in Chile.

2. Social Security does have a trust fund and it contains $2.4 trillion in Treasury Bonds.
