President Obama signed the bill into law as well, providing relief to state budgets that are facing in all over $120 billion in shortfalls for the upcoming fiscal year."

1. Wisconsin applied twice for money to put towards its education

budgets. I hope we finally qualify for this well needed money. Milwaukee Co. is in great need, and with school starting in a few short weeks, I know those teachers need to start planning.
