Currently people that are worse the Ike Turner are being shielded by a system. Not for mercy but because of inclusive thoughts and thoughts of superiority. Although that shield has to be just for it to not be taken down. There are many mitagating factors that can be seen in many situations. Not saying it is about BP, but that is an example.

So the problem is that people that hurt many people have been saying they get a free pass, and that creates the problem.

Who should be in jail? a guy that beats his wife only hurting her? Or someone that puts 1000s into hardship and stress, homelessness and even in some cases suffering from lack of things like health care or job security.

Either they both should or neither, but logically, and with justice just picking who is in jail, and who is not is for personal reasons and is not a good idea. People are flawed at justice, but the intentional flaws for reasons of self claims of superiority, seems wrong.

I do believe in reabilitation and good jail conditions also, so that is another point, jail should not be a slaughter house or dumping ground, but a place to take care of those with difficulties while keeping them from hurting others.
