My only comment has been that you have expressly commented about the copyright status of one specific cartoon. I am only curious if you are concerned about copyright infringement or just that particular cartoon.

You responded and actually sid-dithers sent me a link to the copyrighting lawsuit issues, which I had not seen. That explains alot.

I will say that while I cannot read every post here, I just found it odd that you were specifically criticizing the posting of the Tom Tomorrow Toon. If the lawsuit is successful, I think there is going to more concern of any picture, drawings, image, or text that is posted than just a picture of a woodchuck. Do you find the woodchuck toon offensive?

there were tens of thousands of people in the street celebrating the Prop H8 decision. The weekend before that, hundreds of thousands marching against 1070 in AZ and in other places. proud2bLib had great pictures of one of her actions over the weekend. We're out and about.
