Sarah Palin Re Prop 8 Ruling - "Prays To God" Judges Don't "Thwart The Will Of The People."
Edited on Fri Aug-06-10 12:36 AM by TomCADem
On Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin condemned the Proposition 8 ruling and attacked Elena Kagan:

Sean Hannity touched on the issue only briefly, interviewing Sarah Palin who said “I pray to God” that Congress doesn’t “rubberstamp” the nomination of Elena Kagan given the increasing number of times judges were overriding “thwart the will of the people.” Hannity warned that it could cause “increased anger in the country” if judges were allowed to continue to undo measures like Prop 8 and the Arizona immigration law.

4. Rights are never supposed to be put to a vote,
that would be why they are called rights, and not granted privileges. Sarah and anyone who doesn't get that can fuck themselves sideways.

People like this should have their education certificates revoked until they can pass a basic civics test.

8. Well I hope they DO thwart the "will of the people"
The "people" have no right to infringe on anyone else's rights or to deny anyone equal rights. It doesn't matter how many people vote for it or support it.

People's rights are never up for a vote.

11. The 'reconstructionist Xtian' will of the people matters
more than the fugging constitution to these fools. The problem with giving visibility to stupid, ignorant, incoherent lunatics like Lady Blah Blah is that obtuse Angles then believe they are potential senators. McLame must never be forgiven.

14. If Sarah Palin actually knew how to read, she might glance at
the Constitution, but then again, she would have to be able to comprehend. That's something she never learned. She's clueless. Sarah CluelessCuda

15. "The Will Of The People" is a relative term
and is not always a good thing. That's why the Bill of Rights were added to the Constitution.
